Stage 4 - Rocky Creek Dam Field Study

A virtual excursion that focuses on Water Catchment and Supply in Northern NSW at Rocky Creek Dam. This resource supports High School Geography and/or Science students and their teachers. It includes native plant id, water sampling, abiotics, history and field sketching.

Stage 5 - Brunswick Heads Field Study

A virtual excursion that focuses on Mangroves and Littoral Rainforest in Northern NSW. This resource supports High School Geography and/or Science students and their teachers. It includes virtual abiotic and plant id transect sampling, passive quadrat sampling, experts in the field, geology, history and field sketching.

The Environmental and Zoo Education Centre network (EZEC) has created virtual resources for schools to support teaching and learning.

Designed by teachers from 24 centres across the state, there are 7-12 resources available across a host of different subjects, including science and geography.
